The Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco) recently released its construction updates for its maiden project Matina Enclaves’ Building C.
According to its January 15 circular, construction is moving full throttle in the interiors of Building C, the second high-rise condominium building under the Residences cluster of the sprawling mixed use project located along Quimpo Boulevard in Ecoland.
Matina Enclaves is owned by local investor Escandor family whose diverse business include The Royal Mandaya Hotel and security agency DASIA (Davao Allied Security and Investigation Agency Inc.)
As of January 15, the ongoing Building C works include painting works, installation of smoke extraction, installation of wardrobe cabinets, installation of kitchen cabinets, installation of lavatory cabinets, installation of corridor railings, installation of Atrium roof framing, installation of water distribution line, and installation of metal furring for ceiling.
Overall, the Matina Enclaves Towers project has turned over one building by far and has sold out five.
According to project head Gerald Kent Garces, sales of the property has been brisk with the company extending exciting and affordable packages as well as discounts.
“We are doing well in terms of sales and that is why we also make it sure we deliver what we promise. So far, we are well on track,” said Garces who oversees the day to day grind at the front office and site.
