Don’t look now but the city’s premier sports, wellness and recreation center will open its doors no sooner.
The Matina Enclaves recently announced that it will be launching its new development soon–the
Arcadia Active Lifestyle Center–within the first quarter of the year.
“We are happy to announce that the Arcadia is set for completion by the first quarter. We will make the announcement once the finer details of the construction are through,” said Gerald Kent Garces, project head of the Matina Enlaves, the prime real estate project of Davao-based developer Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco).
Once completed, the state-of-the-art facility will serve clients and residents with a wide complement of fitness equipment and facilities.
Swimming enthusiasts will find home in the new lapping pool while basketball gymrats will have a homecourt of their own. Other facilities include boxing, and biliards.

Shop to complement one’s fitness needs or to simply catch up with friends or talk business on the side.
The three-level active lifestyle center is expected to change the health and wellness landscape in Davao. It is located right across the Matina Enclaves complex and right next to the Davao City Golf Club in Ecoland, Quimpo Boulevard.
