It’s not surprising that Aeon Bleu will follow the trail of success of its predecessor Aeon Towers.
For one, it is another brilliant work of genius from real estate mogul Ian Y. Cruz, president and CEO of Aeon Luxe Properties Inc.
When Ian introduced Aeon Towers when it broke ground nearly ten years ago, many thought it was too good to be true. Today, the 33-level residential and commercial skyscraper stands as magnificent as the Mt. Apo, lending its architectural virtuosity to Davao City’s transforming landscape.
And now, Aeon Bleu.
If Aeon Towers made its mark as the most iconic and tallest building in Mindanao, Aeon Bleu is out to plant itself as a multi-tower masterpiece within the confines of Davao’s idyllic rolling real estate that’s home to the famous Dizon Farms.
Cruz himself pinches himself with the thought this project is borne out of one dream after another.
“Be careful what you wished for. You might get it,” Cruz said recalling his speech when he shoveled the earth in May 2013 for his first signature project Aeon Towers.
“I dreamed for Aeon Towers to manifest and it did at the expense of a few gray hairs on my head. Nonetheless, I couldn’t be happier that we are finally fulfilling yet another wish, the Aeon Bleu,” Cruz said.
With Aeon Bleu, ALPI defines this development as “upscale living redefined.”
Once completed, it will be a showcase of upscale lifestyle like smart home features, six-themed pool, fitness gym, basketball court, entertainment area and workspaces to begin with. The possibilities are boundless.
The project is a six-tower mixed-use development as tall as 26 stories, which will be comprised of two residential towers, a condotel, a corporate tower, exclusive club, and another future development.
The pathway to its completion are outlined per phase.
Phase 1 construction has started and will comprise residential towers 1 and 2, the condotel at tower 3, and the Club at tower 5. Phase 2 will have Corporate Tower at tower 4 and the future residential development at tower 6. Towers 1 and 2 will house the residential flats of Aeon Bleu while tower 3 is a hotel-operated condotel equipped with revolutionary technology like a digital concierge, fiber optic backbone, and smart home features. Tower 4 is a corporate tower that will be available to accommodate the needs of every business. It will feature shared workspaces, private offices, and everything in between.
Club Aeon, ALPI’s exclusive club to residents, will be at tower 5 and touted as the crown jewel of the Aeon projects. It will feature a luxury lobby, basketball court, fitness facility, children’s playroom, and entertainment area. Moreover, Club Aeon will have a six-themed pool, the first of its kind in the Southern Philippines.
Tower 6, a premium residence, will house the most luxurious units in the futuristic skyscraper on its top floor, along with an infinity pool and large office spaces.
One and a half year in the making, the project has a master plan of six years with the completion of phase 1 targeted to finish in three years and phase 2 in another three years.
