Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE) sealed the deal with Manly Plastics, Inc. for the acquisition of a 1.1-hectare industrial lot where the latter’s plastics manufacturing plant will soon rise.
Manly is currently the largest provider of end-to-end plastic solutions for different companies in the Philippines in the automotive, appliances, logistics, and beverage industry. They are capable of mold engineering to fabrication, mass production to decoration.
Manly will be the fourteenth locator of AIEC following the entry of Packwell and Davao Zhenzhi earlier this year.
“We are grateful for the trust and confidence of Manly Plastics, Inc. in Mindanao and the Anflo Industrial Estate as the location of their next expansion,” said Ricardo F. Lagdameo, First Vice President of AIE. “We are bullish that this will attract more investments here in the region and generate more revenues and employment for the locales,” he added.
