Davao City Water District extends the affordable installment option for customers applying for a new service connection (NSC) until June 30, 2024 per DCWD Board Resolution No. 24-107. It can be recalled that DCWD offered this easy installment term starting March 5, 2024 per Board Resolution No. 24-018.
This offer provides an affordable and convenient option to make DCWD’s services more accessible to the public, expanding access to clean and affordable water to more Davaoeños.
In said promo, applicants will only have to pay the initial Php500 for the NSC fee instead of the full Php6,000. The remaining amount will be paid in installment with no interest at Php500 per month for 11 months to be added in the monthly water bill.
To avail of this offer, the customer’s service connection should have been classified as residential with ½” water meter size and the customer should have already signed the service connection contract within the validity period. The contract signing will only be done once all documentary requirements have been satisfied and if the applicant’s plumbing provision (abang) has already been approved.
