Last August 28, 2017, Damosa Seawind’s Tower 1 was inaugurated. The day proved to be momentous as the celebration continued in the evening with a fashion show that highlighted the many beautiful creations of top Davao designers with their interpretation of Mindanao shown through their creations and designs. It was also a venue for the new unit owners to finally meet their neighbors.
The inauguration and blessing was led by Damosa Land Inc Vice-President Ricardo “Cary” Floreindo Lagdameo. Speaking to the crowd, VP Cary Lagdameo enthusiastically said, “In the coming months, we are turning over the units to the new owners…and maybe at the end of the year, we will have people moving in.”
Also in attendance were guests, executives and heads from the Anflo Group of Companies, friends from the media and officials from the city government of Davao. Leading the official ribbon cutting were Anflo Group of Companies Senior Vice President Ricky Floreindo, City Planning and Development Head Ivan Cortez, Newthink Property Inc Executive Director Mike Reyes and Ms Tina Trillana-Lagdameo.
“For Tower 1, we are already finished with the clubhouse, swimming pool and bathhouse. The residents (of Tower 1) will have something to use.”, he added.
In the evening, the clubhouse and the swimming pool were transformed into a well-lighted catwalk.
Seawind Tower 1 has a total of 165 units of which 100% are already sold. VP Cary Lagdameo said, “We started selling a little over two years ago. (Tower 1) was actually the fastest tower that we sold — we sold out in 3 to 4 months.”
Remaining inventory for Seawind is roughly 10% of the project — majority of which are in Tower 6 and a few units in Tower 5. “Our target is to sell (them) by October of this year. So, by the end of the year, if we hit our targets, all the units will be sold.”, DLI Vice-President Lagdameo said.
Seawind is a low-rise six-building project and is the first condominium project of Damosa Land Inc. It is also their first major project on this part of Davao. Seawind is located in Km 11 Sasa, Davao City. Seawind is that boasts of a majestic panoramic view of the Davao Gulf and the Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS).
The Damosa Seawind Tower 2 is expected to be finished around end of October of this year. Excavation has began for Tower 3 and Tower 4 will also start later this year.
Damosa Land Inc. is one of the biggest real estate firms in Mindanao and is the real estate and property development arm of the Anflocor Group of Companies. DLI is also responsible for the development of Damosa Fairlane – an upscale subdivision located within the central part of the city.
