“In fact, we were the same team who collared him (Parilla) in 2011 during my stint then as Chief of Police of Sta. Ana Police Station,” Lao said.

“We have received reliable information that these people are “selling” again. It seems like they didn’t learn their lessons the first time, second time,” he said.

“These two people are sad examples of persons who were given chances at life but yet they opted to make another poor life decisions. I am giving those drug addicts and pushers a fair warning to mend their ways and make dramatic change in life by putting a stop to their illegal activities or else they will be targets of our anti-illegal drug ops. So, it is never too late for any person to change lives around,” Lao added.
