OfficePartners360 (OP360) recently launched its second and biggest site in Davao City and is looking at hiring more Dabawenyos.

OP360 is a full-service, fast-growing solutions provider with thousands of global employees and clients ranging from mid-sized corporations to Fortune 500 firms.

OP360’s site, which is situated at the Diamond Tower, covers three floors and will accommodate approximately 1,029 seats with a modern industrial design and a range of facilities including a boardroom, client lounge, pantry, and recreation areas for the employees.

“We believe in the power of geo-diversification. We’ve always known that we wanted a second site and Davao presented itself as a gateway into the talent in Mindanao,” said lawyer Tess Tan, OP360 director for Legal and Compliance during the turnover ceremony held at the Diamond Tower in Damosa IT Park, Lanang on Monday.

In April this year, OP360 had a soft launch for its 400-seat site at Topaz Tower in Damosa IT Park and the plans to open the new site began after the team of OP360 saw firsthand the skills and experience Dabawenyos bring to work.

“With the initial hires that we had, we already saw the commitment of the Dabawenyos, their work ethics, the quality of education in Davao, we knew we made the right choice in investing in Davao,” said Tan in an interview.

Tan said it also helps that Davao City is connected to different provinces and municipalities as a major hub in Mindanao the reason why the company can attract not only the Dabawenyos but the talents in Mindanao as well.

“It also helps that OP360 pays above market because we put a premium on talent. We understand that it is money to attract talent or promote talent. We know that the talent pool in Davao is rich we also would like to believe that we are the employer of choice here in Davao,” she said.

The turnover was led by Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) president Ricardo “Cary” Lagdameo, Tan, and CEO of Trends and Concepts Total Interior Solutions Jose Bantiling.

The new site is targeted to start operation on December 29, 2022.

“But the complete office setup will be done end of January next year,” Tan said.

In a statement, OP360 President Ben Roberts expressed optimism for this massive project saying that the two sites in Davao City have the potential to generate up to 1,500 job opportunities for many Filipinos by 2023.
