Maya on the Block: Unlimited meat grilling at The Peak

Side dishes, thin-sliced meats, lettuce, and the grill pan immediately come to mind when one hears “samgyupsal” or “samgyeopsal.”

What makes it more enticing is the unlimited grilling.

The samgyupsal craze has taken Davao City by storm, thanks to Korean dramas being aired on TV. Several restaurants offering unlimited grilling Korean style are now thriving in the city.

Check out the newly-opened Gogi Yori, House of Ssamgyupsal at The Peak of Gaisano Mall Davao.

Gogi Yori officially opened its doors to the Dabawenyos on February 8, 2024, with the ribbon-snipping led by GM Dawn Reveto and GMall Davao’s Kenneth Gaisano.

There’s something about grilling meat at a table with your friends that touches the Filipino spirit. It gives a sense of family and togetherness. We enjoy shared experiences like this especially if it’s new.

What I like about this Korean-style barbecue is the sound of the meat sizzling and the exciting feeling that you don’t want the meats to be charred.

At P599 per head, enjoy unlimited pork, beef, and chicken with over 30 different side dishes to choose from and a special side dish of the day.

Birthday celebrators are free of charge.
