Matina Enclaves Bldg C progress is now at 79%

Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco) recently released another update of its ongoing construction works for the second condominium building of its maiden venture Matina Enclaves.

Locaed at a sprawling complex in Ecoland, Building C is now at 79 percent and is right on schedule for a topping off set this month.

The latest update was released based on October 11 report.

The construction update bared that Building C’s progress consists of the following: installation of electrical wiring; installation of Fire Pro; installation of door jambs; installation of waterline and pipelines; ongoing mechanical and electrical works; filling of solid block; preparation of perimeter walls; and preparation for paint jobs at first floor.

With 79 percent progress, it’s all systems go for the Topping Off Ceremony and preparations are being set for that important event.

Four other fully sold condominium buildings of the signature project of homegrown developer Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco) are set for construction.

Homebuyers of the sprawling complex will be waking up with the majestic view of the picturesque Mt. Apo virtually framed on their windows.

Matina Enclaves, built with an environment-friendly mindset, is a virtual patch of nature where a community thrives amidst a metropolitan setting.

A few steps away is the Davao City Golf Club, a vast ground of lush greenery for one enamoured with the sport.

Around the complex are pathways dotted with trees where one can walk, jog or bike. The amenities too are family-oriented–a clubhouse with recreational facilities for both the young and old, lap pool, and soon, the Arcadia which is a modern gaming complex right across the road.
