Arcadia Lifestyle Center, Davao City’s next premier lifestyle hub, is set for a soft opening on Thursday, June 28.
“It’s time to open the doors of Arcadia to Davao’s lifestyle purists. It’s going to be definitely a new experience for all health and fitness enthusiasts and we can’t wait to showcase what Arcadia can offer,” said Esdevco project head Gerald Kent Garces.
Located across the sprawling Matina Enclaves complex at Quimpo Boulevard in Ecoland, Arcadia officially opens for members and the public.

Arcadia prides itself of modern gym equipment and upscale amenities for the most discriminating fitness enthusiasts. It is another project of the Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco) which created the real property masterpiece in Matina Enclaves. The facility is a one-stop fitness center, function room facilities, and food and entertainment block all rolled into one.
Fitness buffs are expected to have a field day with the ultra-modern equipment imported from leading global Italian made gym equipment Technogym, the official supplier of fitness equipment to six Olympic and Paralympic Games, from Sydney 2000 to Rio 2016, and partner to the world’s best teams and athletes. Basketball enthusiasts are also expected to find the basketball center, which has a capacity of 1,000, as an ideal venue for social matches. The hoops center is fitted with modern basketball goal system and fully air-conditioned. The aqua sports component has a lapping pool and kiddie pool. For the enjoyment of the entire family, there is also an interactive playground, coffee shop, sunken bar and a restaurant set up by no less than celebrity chef Gene Gonzales.
The facility also serves as venue for family and corporate events with a main conference room and function rooms of varying sizes to suit parties, meetings, presentations or simple catch ups.
