No graveyard shifts for this Davao BPO

Crylls Incorporated started to operate in Davao since 2105.

And since then, the idea of employing workers for graveyard shifts has never crossed its mind, in order to protect the health of its workers.

The company has more than a hundred employees and is currently hiring skilled web   developers in preparation for its market expansion to the United Kingdom next year.

Patrick James Son,  recruitment manager of Crylls Incorporated told the Habi at Kapi on Wednesday that applicants who are skilled in using Magento will have an edge.

“If this person is highly skilled, he can push for an average of  P60,000 monthly,” said Patrick James Son.

The company has a low attrition rate that is why they only hire 4-5 employees per month.

In this expansion the company will need 10 to 20 additional workers for the Davao Office which is located at Rizal St. cor C. Bangoy St, Davao City. The company will not only need e-commerce support but also in the normal BPO operation like voice call center agents, back office and supervisory role with the hiring process to start early next year.

Crylls Incorporated is the kind of BPO that has the usual working hours, with shifts starting as early as 6 in the morning from Monday to Friday plus the employee gets weekend off.

About 70 percent of the company’s employees are focused on the back-office accounts like E-commerce or Business Supports and 30 percent are taking actual calls. The actual amount of this investment was not disclosed but according to Son it’ll be a couple of million for sure.

Graveyard shifts starts normally from 11:00 in the evening towards 5:00 A.M., a schedule the BPO has not and will not entertain.
