Aeon Luxe Property Inc. (ALPI), Davao’s premier homegrown real estate development company, is making great strides with its next signature project Aeon Bleu.
Future residents of the multi-tower complex have all the reason to be excited as construction of the project is in full throttle.
ALPI announced on its social media page: “We’re making progress on our construction project! Here’s what’s happening at each tower,” the statement said while outlining the most recent updates on site.
For Tower 1, ALPI is making steady progress with continuous rebar, formworks, and concreting for the pile cap at Tower 1.
For Tower 2, the continuous Rebar and Formwork Pile Cap Progress is reported as “steady.”
“As we continue to install rebar and formwork for the pile cap. This critical stage sets the groundwork for the tower’s stability and strength,” the ALPI statement read.
For Tower 3, excavation work is ongoing which is the process of digging out the ground where the tower will be built.
“Once the excavation is complete, we’ll be able to start pouring the concrete foundation,” the statement said.
For Tower 6, workers continue to performBored Piling Works. Tower 6 is taking shape with continuous bored piling works.This is a type of foundation that’s used in areas with soft soil. The piles are drilled into the ground and then filled with concrete. This creates a strong foundation for the tower.
