The year 2024 was a galloping year for Aeon Luxe Properties Inc. (ALPI) as the leading homegrown real estate developer made its mark in the local market whilst introducing itself to the international market.
We take you to the highlights of ALPI’s journey in 2023.
JANUARY
ALPI opened the Year of the Water Rabbit with an Open House on January 21, 2023 at the Showroom, 2nd floor Aeon Towers, J.P. Laurel Bajada, Davao City.
Over two hundred brokers attended the Open House. The event began with a General Assembly of Brokers announcing improved quarterly, midyear, and annual reward schemes for sellers and buyers and an enticing buyers’ promo.
The event drew sizeable attendance from interested clients wishing to land the good deals offered by ALPI on its two signature projects Aeon Towers and Aeon Bleu.
No doubt, Aeon Luxe Properties Incorporated (ALPI) is determined to make it big in 2023 not just in Davao City but in the neighboring regions.
FEBRUARY
On February 3, 2023, ALPI’s marketing and sales team embarked on a roadshow to progressive General Santos City.
Over 150 brokers and sellers attended the highly successful General Assembly held at the Pinoy Stars Convention Center. ALPI commended the Gensan Brokers and Sellers for their outstanding contribution to the company’s success. Team GenSan made P250 million sales last year and began the year with a whopping P82 million sales right in the first month of 2023 alone.
APRIL
By the first quarter of the year, ALPI expanded its sales footprint to Butuan City solidifying its hold as the premier property developer in Davao City.
ALPI hosted an Open House and General Assembly in Butuan City last month as part of the company’s efforts to showcase their latest property developments and to give potential buyers a chance to have a closer look of its projects.
The Open House and General Assembly in Butuan City generated massive interest of ALPI’s latest property developments, including luxurious condominium units, commercial spaces, facilities, and amenities.
MAY
ALPI answered the call for private sector participation in the recent investment and tourism roadshow in Tokyo, Japan launched by the city government of Davao. Targeting the cities of Osaka and Tokyo, the Davao City Investment Promotion Center (DCIPC) and the City Tourism Operation Office (CTOO) called for private business firms wanting to promote in the Japanese capital before a rich foreign market.
ALPI bigwigs CEO Ian Y. Cruz and ALPI Chief Operating Officer (COO) Almira Mariano attended the four-day roadshow in Japan representing the homegrown real estate firm. The activity aimed to promote Davao City as the preferred tourism and investment destination in the Asia-Pacific region which produced the signing of the Sister City Agreement between Davao and Sennan with Davao City Mayor Sebastian Z. Duterte and Sennan City Mayor Yamamoto Yuma.
ALPI’s participation in the roadshow is expected to strengthen the company’s ties with the Japanese market. Japan is one of the largest sources of foreign direct investments in the Philippines, and its investors have shown interest in investing in the country’s real estate sector.
By joining the roadshow, ALPI has positioned itself to take advantage of this interest and attract potential Japanese business partners to its projects. During the conference, Mariano presented the company before an audience of Tokyo businessmen showcasing ALPI’s projects and promoting Davao City as a prime investment and tourism destination.
The company’s project, such as Aeon Towers, was cited as part of the city’s landmark, contributing to Davao’s tourism and business promotions. With the support of private sector partners such as ALPI, the City Government continues to attract investments and tourists to Davao City, further boosting business activities and collaboration thus attracting partners in the economic growth of Davao.
As ALPI introduced itself to the foreign market, it also strengthened its presence in the construction industry.
ALPI took part in the first Visayas- Mindanao Regional Housing and Real Estate Conference and Expo anized by the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association, Inc. (CREBA), the country’s largest aggrupation of realtors and builders on April 26-28, 2023, at the SM Convention Trade Hall in General Santos City.
JUNE
To firm up its commitment to its clients, ALPI held a series of unit turnovers at Aeon Towers in June this year marking a significant milestone for Davao’s premier luxury real estate developer. Over the past few months, several units have been handed over to clients who have eagerly awaited the completion of this iconic residential complex.
JULY
Not resting on its recent sales successes, the sales and marketing division of Davao City’s leading homegrown real estate development company held a strategic planning session at the picturesque Dahican in nearby City of Mati.
Led by ALPI CEO Ian Y. Cruz and Vice President for Sales and Marketing Jester F. Hospital, the Sales and Marketing teams went through an intensive and collaborative discussion on the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
“The company is focused on continuing to improve our performance in terms of marketing and sales. It is also an occasion to bond with team members and strengthen our team,” said Cruz.
AUGUST
Reaping success from its top-performing sellers and agents, ALPI feted the team’s accomplishments with a grandiose awards night.
The highlight of the event was the well-deserved recognition bestowed upon the top-performing brokers, unit managers, and agents. Their relentless hard work and dedication to excellence were acknowledged with plaques of recognition and cash incentives, motivating them to further excel in their careers. The company’s commitment to appreciating and rewarding its employees’ efforts undoubtedly played a significant role in fostering a culture of success and teamwork within ALPI.
SEPTEMBER
There is a growing interest on real estate projects of Davao’s homegrown builder ALPI in General Santos City.
Holding an Investors Night at the Grand Summit Hotel on September 9, 2023, GenSan investors firmed up their interest on ALPI’s projects Aeon Towers and Aeon Bleu.
According to its marketing team, the event was a huge success, with insightful conversations, promising partnerships, and even some closed deals with valued buyers. It was evident that Aeon Luxe Properties’ projects, Aeon Bleu and Aeon Towers, are making a significant impact on the community.
OCTOBER
ALPI took part as one of the prominent developers picked by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) in this year’s National Shelter Month on October 1, 2023.
The event, held under the theme “Pambansang Pabahay: Matibay na Saligan ng Mapayapang Pamayanan,” emphasized the importance of decent and affordable housing for fostering stable and secure families.
The celebration commenced with a lively motorcade, featuring the active participation of Davao’s real estate industry players.
NOVEMBER
ALPI has indeed grown leaps and bounds. The leading homegrown property giant celebrated a significant milestone as it expanded its reach to the vibrant Lion City, Singapore.
On November 12, 2023, ALPI hosted a successful Investors Night at Tree Cafe, Marina Square by introducing its projects — Aeon Towers and Aeon Bleu — while briefing Singapore clients on the promising investment landscape in Davao City.
The Singapore edition Investors Night served as a platform for ALPI to showcase its commitment to excellence and innovation in real estate. The event drew a diverse audience, including investors, industry leaders, and stakeholders eager to explore the opportunities presented by Aeon Luxe Properties.
Aeon Towers and Aeon Bleu took centerstage during the event, with presentations highlighting their unique features and the unparalleled lifestyle they offer. These projects underscore ALPI’s vision for creating modern and sophisticated living spaces that resonate with the needs of today’s discerning residents.
DECEMBER
Success is not only measure in terms of sales. Commitment to safety is also very important.
After a rash of earthquakes hit Davao City in November and December, ALPI submitted its prime development project Aeon Towers to a comprehensive assessment following the series of earthquakes that hit the Davao Region.
The results of the assessment showed that Aeon Towers is safe and did not sustain any significant damage.
“In light of recent seismic activities in the region, our building underwent a comprehensive structural assessment conducted by licensed and experienced structural engineers,” the ALPI statement read.
The assessment included thoroughly examining the foundation, load-bearing elements, and overall structural integrity of the building.
Summing up the year, ALPI has emerged as the significant real estate player in Davao City contributing to the positive outlook for the city as a potential market for business and investment.
